The SNEP Network provides training and assistance to municipalities, organizations, and tribes to advance stormwater and watershed management, ecological restoration, and climate resilience in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. The network is committed to building capacity in conjunction with EPA’s Southeast New England Program within EPA Region 1.
The SNEP Network is a project of the New England Environmental Finance Center and is funded by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s
Southeast New England Program.

In 2020, The Southeastern Regional Planning and Economic Development District of Massachusetts (SRPEDD) applied for and was awarded technical assistance from the Southeast New England Program Network (SNEP Network).
In 2020, the City of Providence Parks Department, PSIC, and PSIC partner Audubon Society of Rhode Island applied for, and was awarded engineering support to develop a guide to tree trench design through the SNEP Network’s Call for Participants in 2020.
