Solicitation for Community Assistance Projects

Community Assistance Projects

The Southeast New England Program Network offers free technical and training assistance to municipalities, tribes and non-profits to advance stormwater management, ecological restoration, sustainable financing, and climate resilience in the SNEP region. For large project requests, The SNEP Network established the Solicitation for Community Assistance Projects, formerly (Call for Participants or CFP) that happens once a year to offer select communities with in-depth technical assistance.

The Community Assistance Project Solicitation is an inclusive application and selection process. The SNEP Network focuses on meeting communities where they are at and building community capacity at the local level.

The Round III Community Assistance Project Solicitation is now closed. If you are looking to engage with the SNEP Network, please request assistance to our Network Liaisons through our online technical assistance form.
