The Southeast New England Program (SNEP) is a bi-state, EPA administered, geographic program aimed at restoring coastal watersheds throughout Rhode Island and coastal Southeastern Massachusetts. The Program works collaboratively with governmental and non-governmental organizations to develop and implement innovative solutions to regional problems. SNEP currently partners with the New England Environmental Finance Center who, through an assistance agreement, is managing the SNEP Technical Assistance Network. As a part of this assistance agreement, the NEEFC publishes the EPA created SNEP Newsletters archived below.
